Witty, funny, bombshell gorgeous looks - this lady has it all! Please meet Julie Phillips, who calls her web home "Julie's File of Fabulousness". And what an electrifying ride her site is - full of zany thoughts, surprise links, and terrific shots of Julie. Looking at Julie would be reason enough, but ride her web site from beginning to end and you'll know why we love it - and her - so much! Julie - She's Incredible!

This leggy Scottish lass is named Ruthie, and we'll pause a moment while you put your eyes back in their sockets. A beauty title winner, Ruthie says her influence growing up was Catherine Bach, the American actress who made teensy-tiny blue jeans shorts famous on a TV show called "The Dukes of Hazzard". We remember Daisy Duke, too, Ruthie - and may we say that your legs are just as bodacious as Daisy's were! ("Bodacious" is Southern speak, Ruthie - I think in England you'd say "smashing".) No matter which side of the pond you're from, there is no denying this is one fab female - Ruthie!

Tiffany's friends think she's too skinny, and we would normally worry about frail ladies like her who live in a winterland like Minnesota. But Tiffany's beauty casts a warmth of its own, and we expect that someday she'll be on the cover of the magazine she's carrying! Proving that short skirts and cold weather DO go together - Tiffany!

Her formal name may be Michelle Davis, but this cutie goes by the absolutely perfect nickname of Micki. And this Ohioan is so cute - we can't show you all her pictures here, so you'll just have to visit her web site. Webhead recommends the shot of Micki in front of the Pro Football Hall of Fame (two things Webhead loves - beauties and football), but I like her fireplace pictures. We both love her smile. A beauty no matter where you pose her, she's Micki!

Nicola - a beautiful name, and a beautiful lady! Nicola lives in Nottingham, England (yes, lots of UK lovelies this month!) - and she says she's a big football fan - but not the same kind of football Ruthie sees in Ohio. Now how a delicate beauty like Nicola could love rough and tumble sports like English football and rugby, we don't know. But we do know how she wound up featured in a magazine centrespread - it's because she's truly lovely. England's own - Nicola!

I first remember seeing Sarah West three years ago on a page hosted by London's famous Way Out Club. She was a demure British blonde then, but my how she has blossomed into a trendy lady now! Among her talents, Sarah is the hostess of a terrific web site which provides lots of links to other lovely ladies all over the UK. (And as this month shows, there's lots of them!) Be sure to visit her site, but please don't miss this Miss - the lovely Miss Sarah!

Beth Burton hails from the Bluegrass State of Kentucky, USA. And, as you can see, she has a beauty that shines like morning dew whether she's all dressed up to party or dressed down to root for her favorite basketball team (which is all they do in Kentucky in March). We don't know who she cheers for, but we're sure we want to cheer for her - gimme a B - E - T - H! The Bluegrass Beauty - Beth!

This month's beauty from the lenses of Jamie Austin is this gorgeous Texan lady - Kimberly! Jamie says Kimberly has those classic Texas beauty pageant contestant looks, and we couldn't agree more - classic cheekbones, classic eyes, and a truly classic smile! A real Texas rose could not be any more sweet than this - Kimberly!

She's the Sequin Queen of Denver, Colorado - meet Donna T! Donna's got an advantage on the rest of us - she hangs out at a fabulous little dress shop in Denver called Studio Lights, home of two previous Top Ten beauties (Bianca, October Year 1 and Morganna, October Year 2). But Donna's more than just her wardrobe - her good looks are more proof that there's something about living in the Rockies that just makes a girl more lovely! (Is it the water?) A mile-high beauty - Donna!
